Job summary

HP in the United States seeks a senior Finance leader to guide critical business initiatives, oversee analysts across finance sub-functions and geographies, and drive financial management through analysis, reporting, and reconciliation of results.

You will lead process improvements, mentor staff, partner with business leaders on ROI, capital strategies, and global policy development; you will represent the business unit in cross-regional planning and provide advisor-level counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting or related field.
• CPA and/or CFA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and advises on crucial business initiatives across finance sub-functions and geographies.
• Supports capital strategies to maximize ROI for HP globally.
• Performs highly complex financial analysis using business context to drive objectives.
• Collaborates with business leaders to influence long-term strategic decisions.
• Drives process improvements and policy development across the function globally.
• Provides guidance on controls, budgeting, and ROI decisions; develops business plans.
• Represents the finance unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning.
• Leads cross-functional teams with independent judgment to solve complex problems.
