Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the United States is seeking a Sr Mgr of S&OP to lead global supply chain planning and procurement initiatives. This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize inventory, demand, and supply planning.

You will mentor teams, influence senior leaders, and drive strategic programs across regions while aligning with business objectives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function.
• Typically 2-4 years of people management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills catered to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Align internal objectives with external realities to maximize efficiencies in technologies, processes and solutions.
• Lead senior-level exempt contributors and cross-regional teams with strategic implications.
• Hire, set annual performance plans, coach and develop staff.
• Ensure delivery of products and services meeting defined performance metrics.
