Job summary

Lennox AES, a division of Lennox, seeks an experienced Inside Sales Manager in Richardson, TX. You will lead the internal sales team, manage quotes, inquiries, and orders, and ensure processes meet quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of related experience, and 3+ years of leadership. Competitive salary range is $135,000–$176,000 with annual bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for customer quoting and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee quoting, inquiries, order processing, and product information accuracy.
• Review customer drawings and specifications across the team.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of customer requests from inquiry to delivery.
• Oversee modifications, cancellations, and returns for efficiency.
• Ensure disciplined quote follow-up with reporting and status tracking.
• Coordinate across sales, operations, logistics, and finance.
• Maintain customer data and activity in CRM accurately.
• Establish accountability and tracking of customer interactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
