Lennox International is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell products, services, and supplies to customers in a designated market area via inbound or outbound calls. You will quote jobs, close sales, and collaborate with field sales to support promotions and upgrades.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and at least 2 years related experience, with strong communication and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Strong relationship-building, listening, persuading, negotiating and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of selling products or services, marketing strategy and sales techniques.
• Understanding of customer service principles and satisfaction assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
