Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell products, services, and supplies to designated customers via inbound/outbound calls. The role may involve account responsibility with quotas and occasional limited field activity.

You will quote, close, and upsell while collaborating with field sales teams. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of related sales experience, and strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 2 years related experience. Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services including sales strategy, demos, and cycles.
• Knowledge of providing customer service, needs assessment, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation; strong written and verbal communication.
• Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
