Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple field and inside sales programs.

You will manage Program Managers, Team Leads, and sales personnel to achieve performance goals and ensure client satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/operations leadership, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or sales operations leadership.
• Experience managing multiple teams or business units.
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of field and inside sales programs.
• Lead Program Managers, Team Leads, and sales staff to hit goals.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, staffing, and efficiency.
• Identify underperforming programs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning with HR.
• Oversee new program launches and training readiness.
• Analyze sales and financial reports to spot improvement opportunities.
• Develop SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Provide regular performance reports to executive leadership.
