Job summary

Sega in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Administrator or Administrator level for Sales & Ops to support the department manager and mentor junior staff. The role covers order processing, vendor coordination, and reporting, with a hybrid work model combining in-office collaboration and remote work.

Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, managing credits/debits, maintaining data integrity in Great Plains, and producing regular sales and operations reports.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of similar work environment or experience.
• In-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Experience with sales administration processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders submitted via e-mail or EDI.
• Provide order status updates including shipment tracking and inventory availability.
• Reconcile credit/debit claims and assist with chargeback disputes as needed.
• Maintain and update product and customer data in Great Plains and related systems.
• Support the Team Manager by placing manufacturing reorders for goods with vendors.
• Coordinate with Distribution Partners for PO placement, scheduling and inventory receipts.
• Lead discussions with warehouse/assembly on build and manufacturing of finished goods.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales/ops reports.
