Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Sales Manager to align resources with high-growth opportunities across markets and customers. The role leads the Business Development team and collaborates with engineering and operations to address technology trends in Military & Aerospace Electronics.

• Minimum 8 years sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience in Military & Aerospace Electronics industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and direct the Business Development team.
• Penetrate markets and customers through the AMAO sales channel.
• Leverage the Amphenol Brand to expand into cable assembly and interconnect packaging.
• Develop pricing strategies and proposals for opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with regular reporting to executives.
• Travel to key accounts and markets as needed.
