Amber Hospitality Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Yorkmont venue’s sales efforts and develop a high-performing team, closing high-value wedding business while balancing client experience and operations.

You’ll drive strategy, manage CRM pipelines, coach staff, and partner with planning, marketing, and operations to deliver luxury experiences that exceed client expectations. This is a leadership role in a growing luxury wedding brand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in venue operations, hospitality management, or luxury events leadership.
• 2–4 years of consultative, high-value sales experience.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Lead sales process from inquiry to signed contract.
• Conduct in-person and virtual venue tours to showcase The Yorkmont.
• Develop client proposals, pricing, packages, and dates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Coach and develop the sales team to meet goals.
• Partner with planning, marketing, and operations for a seamless client journey.
