Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wedding production, event operations, hospitality management, venue operations, floral production, warehouse management, or large-scale event logistics.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, departments, or operational workflows simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate operational challenges, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, leadership, and external vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans and production packets for weddings and events to ensure all operations are covered.
• Translate event specifications into detailed production schedules including timelines and staffing.
• Coordinate inventory, warehouse operations, and vendor logistics for each event.
• Lead production meetings and ensure cross-department alignment on deadlines.
• Provide onsite support and manage last-minute changes during events.
