Responsibilities

• Oversee a local area office and staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales personnel.
• Develop a field sales action plan for the area.
• Forecast and enforce sales quotas; report KPIs to Director, Sales.
• Provide coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure targets through performance reviews and incentives.
• Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs and strengthen relationships.
