Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and account development in the data center liquid cooling market. Based onsite in Vandalia, OH, you will drive design wins, secure strategic partnerships, and shape a scalable product portfolio.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and executives to translate market needs into profitable growth. The role requires eight+ years in commercial leadership and a deep understanding of data center cooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, business development, product management, or sales.
• Experience in data center cooling, liquid cooling, thermal management, pumps, or related markets.
• Proven success developing new customers and engineered-product programs.
• Experience managing qualification, design-in, launch, and production cycles.
• Strong knowledge of the data center cooling ecosystem and customer buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for data center cooling pumps and motion solutions across the Americas.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to secure strategic programs and design wins.
• Create market analyses, business cases, and portfolio prioritization to drive revenue growth.
• Provide accurate forecasts, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
• Represent Johnson Electric at customer meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
