This role blends technical insight with market awareness and requires strong collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions while prioritizing customer value and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• At least ten years of professional experience, including product/offer management.
• Experience leading engineering teams and collaborating with sales and leadership.
• Ability to analyze economic, financial, market and industry data to inform decisions.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and strategic plans for growth.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle and profitability of product lines.
• Drive pricing, market share, and ROI through data-driven decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule, and budget.
