Johnson Electric Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the go-to-market for data center cooling pumps across the Americas. You will identify and win strategic accounts, partnering with commercial, engineering, and product teams to shape portfolio priorities and drive design wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, business development, product management, or sales.
• Experience in data center cooling, liquid cooling, thermal management, pumps, or related market.
• Experience managing extended qualification, design-in, launch, and production cycles.

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for data center cooling pumps across the Americas.
• Identify, prioritize, and penetrate strategic accounts throughout the liquid cooling value chain.
• Build relationships with commercial, engineering, product, and executive decision-makers.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to develop competitive solutions and secure strategic programs.
• Translate customer requirements into portfolio priorities and drive design-wins to production.
