Job summary

Amcor seeks a Senior Sales Manager in Seattle to lead a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships and delivering sales and profitability goals. You will coach the team through the sales process, focus on opportunities, and build senior-level partnerships while collaborating with Marketing, Innovation and Operations across Amcor.

You will own commercial planning, budgeting, and talent development, driving Value Plus initiatives while modeling Amcor's values in a fast-changing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in large-scale B2B environments.
Significant senior sales leadership experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Experience in multinational organizations, ideally packaging, FMCG or manufacturing.
Proven track record of meeting financial targets and growing businesses.
Strong talent coaching and development experience.
Confident with senior stakeholders and negotiations.
Experience embedding disciplined sales processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategy with clear account plans.
Lead annual operating plans and regional priorities.
Monitor performance and adjust plans to hit targets.
Balance demand, capacity, inventory and margins for best outcomes.
Lead pricing and pass-through initiatives to protect margins.
Coach and develop the sales team and leadership capabilities.
Drive Salesforce-based account plans and proactive funnel management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations, and others.
