You will coach and develop your team through the sales process, build senior-level partnerships, and collaborate across Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other Amcor functions to turn opportunities into results while owning commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in large-scale B2B sales.
• Significant senior sales leadership experience and talent development track record.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and influence senior-level customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy with clear account plans and annual operating objectives.
• Drive sales, growth and profitability through pricing, pass-through, and gap analysis.
• Coach and develop the team; hire and build succession plans.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and Finance to realize opportunities.
