TriNetX, LLC seeks a Solutions and Market Lead for Pharma – Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, and RWE. Hybrid/Cambridge or remote US location.

You will own the solution strategy, market positioning, and commercial success across the pharma lifecycle, coordinating with Product, Data, Delivery, and Marketing to deliver scientifically credible, payer-aligned solutions. The role requires 10+ years in Medical Affairs/HEOR/RWE with cross-functional leadership, and you will drive value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, RWE, or outcomes research within pharma, biotech, CROs, or evidence/data vendors.
• Demonstrated experience owning solution strategy, market ownership, or product adjacent leadership in a life sciences B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of real world data sources, study designs, and evidence generation for regulatory, payer, and HTA use.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end solution ownership from ideation through pre-launch, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery to shape scope, differentiation, and scalability.
• Define solution packaging, pricing inputs, and value articulation for pharma use cases.
• Develop and execute GTM strategy for Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, and RWE solutions within pharma.
• Enable Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success with compelling narratives and competitive positioning.
• Support complex deals by participating in discovery and engaging with senior medical and access stakeholders.
• Track and influence pipeline, bookings, and adoption metrics for the solution portfolio.
