You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, establish clear performance standards, and partner with operations and marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of winning National Accounts and expanding multi-location relationships.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Lead National Account strategy by identifying and securing strategic multi-location customers.
• Expand relationships within existing networks and penetrate unsold locations.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and recover lost business.
• Improve quoting speed, responsiveness, and overall sales productivity.
