Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team, recruit and mentor staff, and drive revenue growth through a consultative selling approach with our customers in the Ohio market.

The role requires strategic planning, strong relationship management, and the ability to set plans, budgets, and initiatives to meet growth and margin targets. A focus on leadership and industry knowledge will be essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Five years of experience in construction, industrial, commercial, or service industry environment sales.
• Previous experience with heavy construction product sales or rentals is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, objectives, strategies, and initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
• Recruit, motivate, counsel, and develop the sales team through coaching and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts and guide the sales team in expansion efforts.
• Establish and monitor performance against growth targets and direct margin contributions.
