National Sales Manager

Location: Columbus, OH | Full-time | Travel up to 25%

Mid‑America Store Fixtures is the nation’s largest in‑stock distributor of pre‑owned Lozier gondola shelving and retail fixtures. We buy, sell, and move the backbone of retail — and we install, de‑install, and liquidate entire stores for major chains, developers, and landlords nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach inside/outside sales reps with clear KPIs.
• Execute the business‑development strategy and close qualified opportunities.
• Expand our dealer & broker network for shelving and fixture sales.
• Maintain CRM accuracy (≥95%) and forecasting precision (±10%).
• Collaborate with Operations & Marketing for seamless handoffs.
• Personally manage key accounts and model professional follow‑through.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years B2B sales experience in industrial, logistics, or retail supply.
• 2+ years leading a sales team or player‑coach role.
• CRM‑driven, data‑fluent, and decisive.
• Strong communicator who values structure and follow‑through.
