Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Sales Manager for HPAM products to drive revenue growth and expand market share in data center cooling, AHU/CRAH, and precision cooling systems across North America.

You will build strategic OEM and system-integrator relationships, collaborate with engineering and product management, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions and forecast growth.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to sell complex thermal management and EC fan solutions.
Experience in negotiating contracts and managing customer relationships.
Proven cross-functional leadership across sales, engineering, and product areas.
Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth of HPAM EC fan solutions in data center, HVAC, and industrial cooling markets.
Develop strategic accounts including hyperscale cloud providers, OEMs, and system integrators.
Identify design-in opportunities for Delta EC fans in cooling systems and critical infrastructure.
Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
Lead market expansion, target key verticals, and forecast growth with accuracy.
Coordinate with R&D, FAE, product management to customize solutions and drive early engagement.
