Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with group bookings, catering, and event spaces. The role involves coordinating with sales, operations and culinary teams, handling proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.

You'll meet clients, conduct site tours, process bookings in the CE system, generate daily reports, and assist with marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads via telephone, walk-ins and online related to the booking process.
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations and culinary team.
• Prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, BEOs).
• Meet with potential clients in absence of Sales Managers.
• Perform site tours with potential clients.
• Submit groups in CE booking system.
• Ensure the highest level of quality product and service.
• Design, upload, extract and maintain customer databases.
• Print daily sales reports for Senior Sales Manager.
• Ensure documents produced by the Sales Department (BEOs, contracts, rooming lists, proposals) are completed accurately and on time.
• Close all paperwork in Reserve.
• Support marketing team by assisting with administrative duties.
