PNC is seeking a results-oriented Account Management leader to oversee a team focused on customer and prospect management. The role involves directing sales plans, managing risk across new and existing clients, and expanding client relationships by leveraging PNC’s full range of products and services.

Successful candidates will guide teams, coach on credit risk fundamentals, and build a strong internal/external network to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree.
• Industry experience is typically 8+ years and 5+ years of prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management to achieve business results.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients, mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Develops and maintains a network of senior relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships, leveraging PNC products and reporting tools.
• Develops team members, setting goals and coaching to performance, updating on progress and optimizing processes.
• Coaches team members on credit risk analysis using internal policies and advanced credit knowledge.
