Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years sales management leading a team.
• Ability to develop and grow positive relationships with key customer contacts and suppliers.
• Proven ability to navigate market volatility, margin challenges, inflationary environments, and evolving customer needs while maintaining business performance.
• High level of decision‑making ability balancing customer needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains sales territories and the assignment of accounts to improve productivity.
• Evaluates team members efficiency through tracking of account activity and sales and margin growth.
• Mentors in identifying and applying market-based pricing strategies and ensures regular reviews and updates occur.
• Assists in hiring and training of new team members.
• Coordinate and implement local sales strategy to support product and marketing growth plans.
• Conducts joint sales calls with team to coach selling skills and improve techniques.
• Implements and utilizes a CRM system as the primary business system for customer profiles and activity management.
• Ensure accurate communication between local sales and corporate accounts and that support actions are implemented.
