Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 5+ years of sales management experience leading a sales team or in mentoring and building teams.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Navigate market volatility, margin challenges, and evolving customer needs while sustaining performance.
• Strong decision-making balancing customer needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains sales territories and assigns accounts to improve productivity.
• Evaluates team efficiency through account activity and sales/margin growth; implements improvements.
• Mentors sales reps in market-based pricing and ensures regular reviews and updates.
• Assists in hiring and training of new team members.
• Coordinates and implements local sales strategy to support product and marketing growth plans.
• Conducts joint sales calls to coach selling skills and enhance product knowledge.
• Implements and uses a CRM as the primary system for customer profiles and activity management.
• Ensures clear communication between local sales and corporate accounts.
