Sci Corp in Seattle, WA seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Counselors, drive quota attainment, and uphold company policies. You will guide training, pricing awareness, and customer service delivery across community initiatives.

The role requires a strong background in sales leadership, CRM familiarity, and the ability to coordinate marketing, compliance, and operational support for consistent performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience required.
• Experience training, coaching and motivating sales staff.
• Experience presenting and managing sales teams a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; Insurance license as required by state law.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office; CRM systems a plus.
• Ability to work beyond standard hours to service customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure Sales Counselors meet customer needs.
• Manage Sales Counselors as their primary reference for aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales equipment.
• Analyze competitor pricing and participate in community events to heighten awareness.
• Review contracts for compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
