Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to Sales Counselors.
• Manage Sales Counselors as primary reference for aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, and closing skills.
• Analyze competitor pricing and plan community events to develop prospects.
• Review pre-need and at-need contracts for compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals and sales equipment to ensure professional atmosphere.
