Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; 7+ years preferred, ideally in consumer packaged goods or beverage industries.
• Proven success developing and executing joint business plans with large national retailers; Walmart experience is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies including e-commerce, digital marketing, fulfilled, and the intersection between physical and digital retail.
• Ability to apply shopper insights and consumer data to shape commercial decisions and influence customer alignment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting large data sets and making strategic recommendations for category growth.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing, negotiating, and executing customer programs across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex information to executives.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, promotion, trade investment, and mix optimization to achieve profitability targets.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship management across matrixed environments.

• Develop and implement a shopper-centric omnichannel strategy focused on first moment of truth.

• Execute the joint business plan with Walmart buyers and Coca-Cola system stakeholders.
• Drive growth in existing brands and accelerate penetration of new products and formats.
