Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales and support daily store operations, ensuring safety and exceptional customer service. You will drive personal sales while maintaining store standards and adherence to procedures.

You will partner with Store Leadership to open/close, manage inventory, and uphold compliance, safety, and a best-in-class customer experience. A strong customer focus and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred).
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards.
• Review KPIs and coach team to expectations from this data.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendations.
