Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate in Arlington, TX to lead sales efforts while ensuring daily store operations and safety standards are met. You will support opening/closing routines, manage cash, and maintain visual standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, strong attention to detail for compliance, and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards.
• Review KPIs and coach team to meet targets.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge and recommendations.
