Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Senior Sales Incentive Consultant to design, implement, and manage incentive plans that drive the right behaviors and align with business goals. This hybrid role partners with sales and IT to ensure accurate payments and scalable processes.

You bring deep expertise in incentive design, data analysis, and cross-functional program leadership, with strong Excel and SQL skills, and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive professional experience in compensation, incentive compensation, sales operations, or a closely related field.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross-functional programs or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs, including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Designs, implements, and manages sales incentive compensation programs and related measures.
• Partners with the incentive team and stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Consults with leaders to design incentive programs that support business goals.
• Supports system configuration, testing, and process improvements with technology and operations teams.
• Develops analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
• Acts as a subject matter expert, providing training and guidance on incentive compensation.
