Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in compensation, incentive compensation, or sales operations; administering complex incentive plans.

Responsibilities

• Administers incentive plans, eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Designs and manages incentive programs, including new plans and plan changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and experience of incentive programs.
• Consults with business leaders to design and implement incentive programs supporting business goals.
• Works with technology teams to implement plan requirements and improve processes and systems.
• Develops analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
