Cambia Health Solutions, a national health care leader, seeks a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement and manage incentive plans that align with business goals and drive the right behaviors across sales teams.

You will partner with the sales compensation team and business leaders to translate compensation strategies into actionable plans, ensuring accurate payments and program effectiveness while handling complex cross-functional initiatives with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of compensation experience preferred.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross-functional programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate strategy into requirements.

Responsabilités

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Contributes to design, implementation, and ongoing management of incentive compensation programs.
• Partners with stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and participant experience.
• Designs and implements incentive programs that support business goals.
• Works with technology and operations teams to configure, test, and support systems.
