Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement, and manage the company’s incentive plans. You will partner with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate payments and program effectiveness, while guiding leaders and stakeholders across the business.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on scalable, compliant incentive programs. Hybrid work with several office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field; 5+ years in compensation or incentive roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs with accuracy and controls.
• Designs and manages incentive compensation programs and measures.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve incentive processes and systems.
• Consults with leaders to design incentives supporting business goals.
• Collaborates with tech/ops teams on plan configuration and testing.
• Develops analyses and forecasts to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Serves as SME and provides guidance and training to leaders and participants.
