Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement, and manage incentive plans that drive business goals and accurate payments. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to translate strategy into effective programs.

The role offers a hybrid work model across multiple offices and a national pay structure with a base range and 10% bonus target. The company supports work-from-home options and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 5+ years in compensation or incentive programs.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Contributes to design, implementation, and ongoing management of incentive compensation programs.
• Partners with Sales Incentive team and stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
• Consults with leaders to design incentive programs supporting business goals.
• Works with tech/ops teams to implement plan requirements and test configurations.
• Develops analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
• Serves as SME on incentive programs, providing guidance and training to leaders and partners.
