Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement and manage incentive plans supporting our sales teams across multiple regions. You will partner with the sales compensation group and business leaders to ensure programs drive the right behaviors and align with business goals.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into actionable data and requirements, and collaborate with technology teams on system configuration and testing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of progressive experience in compensation or incentive plans preferred.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments and reporting.
• Designs and manages incentive plans; partners with sales compensation and business leaders.
• Implements process, system and control enhancements for incentive programs.
• Consults with leaders to design programs aligning with business goals.
• Collaborates with technology/ops to support system configuration and testing.
• Develops analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to measure program effectiveness.
