What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow the existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Network and partner with customers over the phone and in person to develop trust and identify sales opportunities
- Effectively manage territory and prioritize sales goals, renewal opportunities, and customer needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and the legal industry to achieve sales and renewal targets
- Complete sales performance reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is a plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in field sales and legal software sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with database management and prospecting tools
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- High level of competency with internet and digital tools for sales
