What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients within a designated territory
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop solutions
- Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management
- Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets through client visits and phone meetings
- Provide market intelligence and assist in resolving customer-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and remain positive in sales situations
