What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within assigned territory
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and build trust with stakeholders through effective communication
- Manage territory effectively via phone and in-person interactions, prioritizing sales opportunities
- Attain monthly sales and renewal targets through customer visits and phone meetings
- Complete weekly sales performance reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed

- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- High level of competency in internet and database management
