What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Manage territory effectively through phone and in-person interactions, prioritizing goals and sales opportunities
- Build trust and confidence with clients by demonstrating knowledge of products and the legal industry
- Attain monthly sales and renewal targets through customer visits and meetings
- Complete sales performance reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and remain positive in sales situations

- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales
- High level of competency with internet and internal prospecting
- Proficient database management skills
