What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Network and partner with customers through phone and in-person interactions to identify sales opportunities
- Manage territory effectively, prioritizing sales goals and customer needs
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the employer’s products and the legal profession
- Complete weekly sales performance reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
