What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow the existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Network and build trust with customers through both phone and face-to-face interactions
- Meet monthly sales and renewal targets through effective territory management
- Provide insights and market intelligence regarding territory performance
- Assist with customer-related issues to maintain strong relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is a plus
- Strong communication, closing, and time management skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
