What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and manage sales opportunities through effective communication
- Build trust and confidence with stakeholders at customer sites through product knowledge
- Attain monthly sales and renewal targets through both in-person and remote interactions
- Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and closing skills, with effective time management abilities
- Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations as needed

- Previous experience in the legal publishing or technology field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Familiarity with sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- High level of competency in internet and database management
- Experience with internal prospecting and market intelligence gathering
