What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the designated territory
- Network and partner with customers both over the phone and in person to identify sales opportunities
- Manage territory effectively by prioritizing goals, renewal opportunities, and sales targets
- Exhibit deep knowledge of employer's products and the legal publishing industry
- Complete sales performance reports and manage Salesforce.com reporting accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is a plus
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
