Position Overview

ECI is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to provide top-tier ERP software sales support to small and medium-sized businesses.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing ERP sales with new customers. This role focuses on new customer acquisition for Deacom ERP Software, working closely with Sales Management to implement marketing and sales plans to achieve personal and company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Sell products and services to new prospects.
  • Conduct demos, pricing reviews, and consultative discussions with business owners and decision-makers to educate on product features and benefits.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Respond to sales and service inquiries via phone or email.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies as needed.
  • Consistently meet monthly revenue targets by managing leads from various campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve issues between new customers and other ECI departments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 8-10+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in territory management and account planning is required.
  • Strong presentation and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience in SMB batch and process manufacturing sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
