Job summary

ACV Auctions is looking for a Sr Sales Excellence Manager to lead the rhythm of the business for one of its sales areas. You will partner with VP-level leaders to maintain consistent monthly and quarterly pipeline and forecast reviews and to land clear, repeatable sales processes.

You will drive process efficiency, coach Inside Sales teams, and collaborate with Salesforce to deploy and adopt new capabilities, aligning initiatives with market growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years program or project management experience in fast-growing organizations with a track record of on-time delivery and change management.
• 5+ years success as sales manager or in sales operations is highly preferable.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification highly preferred.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Own and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast reviews with leadership.
• Lead pipeline/forecast reviews with Inside Sales leadership and coach teams to improve performance.
• Define consistent sales processes in partnership with Inside Sales managers and establish process KPIs.
• Use KPIs and insights to benchmark performance and drive growth faster than the market.
• Support territory creation, planning, and goal setting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define hand-offs between OST and IST.
• Define system requirements and partner with Salesforce to enable deployment and adoption.
• Drive adoption of Marketing promotions and SPIFs to accelerate growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
