Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Sr Sales Excellence Manager to own the rhythm of the business for one sales area. You will lead forecast and pipeline reviews, define standard sales processes, and coach leaders to improve performance, while partnering with Sales Ops and Salesforce teams to enable adoption and efficient hand-offs.

You’ll drive data-driven actions, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support territory creation and strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ program or project management in fast-growing organizations with on-time delivery.
• 5+ years’ success in sales management or sales operations preferable.
• Self-starter with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing operations preferred.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast reviews with senior sales leaders.
• Define consistent sales processes and KPIs with Inside Sales teams.
• Coach Inside Sales managers to drive sales excellence improvements.
• Partner with Salesforce to lock deployment windows and drive adoption.
• Drive adoption of Marketing promotions and SPIFs to accelerate growth.
• Support territory creation, planning, and goal setting.
