Job summary

ACV Auctions is hiring a Sr Sales Excellence Manager in the United States to lead ROB for a sales area and enable Inside Sales leaders to coach performance.

You will drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast reviews, define consistent sales processes, and partner with Salesforce to deploy changes, while improving efficiency and hand-offs across teams. This role emphasizes data-driven actions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ program or project management experience in fast-growing organizations with a track record of "getting things done" on-time with sound change management.
• 5+ years’ success sales manager or sales operations experience highly preferable.
• Self-starter thriving in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with different charters.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Own and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast reviews with Area Vice President and Regional Sales Directors.
• Lead monthly and quarterly pipeline/forecast reviews with Inside Sales Leadership team.
• Drive sales discipline and accountability. Continuously coach and influence Inside Sales managers to drive sales excellence improvements.
• Define consistent sales processes in partnership with Inside Sales managers, including process KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use business insights and KPIs to benchmark performance and define actions needed to grow the business to faster than the market.
