Job summary

ACV Auctions seeks a Sr Sales Excellence Manager to lead the rhythm of the business across sales areas, partnering with VP and Directors to optimize pipeline, forecast, and process efficiency. Focus on coaching, change management, and adoption of sales tools and promotions.

The role requires 5+ years in program/project management and in sales operations, with strong communication and Lean Six Sigma qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years program or project management in fast-growing orgs with on-time delivery and change management.
• 5+ years sales manager or sales operations experience preferred.
• Self-starter able to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Own and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast reviews with Area Vice President and Regional Sales Directors.
• Lead monthly and quarterly pipeline/forecast reviews with Inside Sales Leadership team.
• Drive sales discipline and accountability; coach and influence sales teams.
• Define consistent sales processes with KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use insights and KPIs to benchmark performance and grow faster than the market.
• Support territory creation and territory planning.
• Define system requirements and partner with Salesforce to drive adoption.
• Promote Marketing promotions and SPIFs to accelerate growth.
• Handle strategic or ad-hoc projects; perform other duties as assigned.
