Job summary

ACV Auctions is hiring a Sr Sales Excellence Manager to lead ROB for one of three sales areas. You will partner with VP Field Initiatives, Director Inside Sales, and VP Sales Operations to ensure monthly/quarterly pipeline and forecast cadence, enabling coaching and improved performance.

The role focuses on defining consistent sales processes, driving efficiency, and collaborating across teams to grow the business. A strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and change management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ program or project management experience in fast-growing organizations.
• 5+ years’ sales manager or sales operations experience preferred.
• Self-starter thriving in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Sales and Marketing operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Own and lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast reviews with senior leaders.
• Lead pipeline/forecast reviews with Inside Sales Leadership team and challenge status quo.
• Drive sales discipline and accountability; coach Inside Sales managers.
• Define consistent sales processes with KPIs to measure efficiency.
• Use KPIs to benchmark performance and drive growth faster than the market.
• Support territory creation, planning, and goal landing.
• Collaborate with OST Sales Excellence to enable smooth handoffs between teams.
